Mims Motors and Electronergy Announce Strategic Joint Venture to Establish Global EV Manufacturing Platform

Mims Motors Corporation today announced a strategic joint venture with Electronergy to develop a vertically integrated electric vehicle and advanced energy platform spanning the United States and international markets. Electronergy will advance battery technologies and manufacturing capability; Mims Motors will lead electric vehicle development and production in the United States.

At the forefront of the vehicle strategy is the Mims Habanero X — an ultra-luxury flagship hypercar permanently limited to ten vehicles worldwide, with seven allocations already reserved.
